Description : Two hour drive from San Diego or LA. Beautiful cabin in the Idyllwild mountains. Three levels, pool table on lower level, large fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on mid level, loft with king bed and bathroom on upper level. Great views of BIG green pine trees surrounding the cabin. Large rocks, scenic meadows and the isolation of the forest. Attraction : Great shopping, quaint shops, beautiful first run theater, some very fine restaurants. Do not miss the fabulous Cafe Aroma for gourmet Italian food. Sorry, no skiing in area. Palm Springs is only 45 min down the hill, and, a very beautiful drive for a day excursion. You can take the tram ride in Palm Springs and get to very top of mountain just above Idyllwild. Lakes with fishing within 15 min from our cabin. Excellent hiking trails! |
