Amenities :  1000 sq.ft., 40 years old but looks new. Forced air heating. TV, DVD, stereo, books, videos, games, cards and other entertainment provided in the cabin. Gorgeous knotty pine interior. Furnished with antiques and charming amenities, including a full kitchen and all linens. Big fireplace for those chilly nights. Please bring your own firewood. Lovely deck with views of Lily (Taquitz) Rock and Suicide Rock. Snow sleds, redwood table, chairs and BBQ outside. Forested yard, 0.7 acres, with tall, ancient cedars, pines and oaks. A carved bear and 2 carved racoons greet you from the trees just off the deck. Lots of wildlife and birds to watch. Full bath with large tub and shower. Sleeps up to 4; 6 if the sofabed in the living room is used. No pets, please. No smoking.

Attraction :  Restaurants, specialty and antique shops, art galleries, a quaint movie theatre, and the Idyllwild Arts Academy. 1/2 mile from Humber Park and numerous hiking, biking and rock climbing trails into the San Jacinto Wilderness. Hike the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail, the challenging Devils Slide or other scenic trails. Climbers go to Lily Rock (Taquitz Peak) or Suicide Rock.
